ロンドン2つ目のアフタヌーンティーはThe Berkeley！

ここのアフタヌーンティーはPrêt-à-Porteaと言ってシーズンごとのファッションにインスピレーションを受けたスイーツが食べれます。

シーズンごとに違うから何度来ても楽しめます。

今回は2017S/Sのコレクションでした。

前来た時はどの席もいっぱいでしたが今回はすっきすき！

時間帯かな？

メニューが可愛いです。

食器も前回と違って今回は紫っぽい色で統一されていました。

紅茶はこの中から選べます。

まずはサンドイッチ。

Roast corn fed chicken, gherkins, baby gem, smoked mayonnaise on onion bread

Duck egg mayonnaise, mustard cress on white bread

Poached Scottish salmon, tarragon emulsion on rye bread

Peppered Pastrami, beef tomatoes, basil, cream on white bread

Cucumber, garden sorrel, brown butter boursin cream on white bread

Montgomery Cheddar, celeriac, watercress, pickled walnuts on tomato bread

の6種類。

具だけじゃなくってパンの種類も違って盛りだくさんのサンドイッチです。

前菜も3種類。

Fennel veloute, raspberry, sour doug croute, cucumber & sorrel jelly, fresh herbs

Tomato macaroon, peppered goats cheese, confit tomato, peas & olive

Carred miso mackerel, barigoule vegetables, nasturtium leaves

エルダーフラワーものっててかわいい前菜でした。

ごはんだけでもすごい量です！

食べおわったら3段トレイの登場です。

デザートは全部なんらかのファッションを模して作ってるからその説明が書いてあります。

もとになった洋服を見ながらスイーツを食べるのは楽しいです。

1段目

Gucci’s pink candyfloss summer berry sable Breton jumper in a rhubarb mousse, accentuated with a golden sugar bow.

Ralph & Russo pain de Gênes dress cake with velvet lavender cremeux and beriolette jelly, romantically topped with a showstopper sugar frill.

Dolce & Gabbana’s hazelnut daquoise pasta-print midi dress with praline croquant and Gianduja chocolate mousse, finished with a fun farfalle.

中にも層になってました。

2段目

Mulberry’s ‘it’ Pembroke bag in a Valrhona ivoire chocolate-glazed cake, inspired by British collegiate stripes.

Stella McCartney’s brilliantly British chocolate and vanilla Battenberg cake inspired by her chequerboard summer pumps.

3段目

Emilio Pucci’s playful colour-blocked jumpsuit reimagined as a caramelised pineapple compote with coconut jelly and strawberry bavarois, crowned with a psychedelic chocolate wave.

Balenciaga’s new perspective on street style, recreated as a raspberry bavarois and blueberry compote, topped with a kinky, slinky pointed stiletto biscuit.

Charlotte Olympia’s high-kicking ‘Chiquita’ banana pump biscuits to channel your inner Carmen Miranda.

Miu Miu’s retro bikini lime biscuit – the must-have swimwear making a splash on the seaside this summer season.

いつもアフタヌーンティー食べきれなくて持ち帰るんだけど朝ごはん食べなかったおかげで食べきれました！

どれもおいしいし食事もデザートもお腹いっぱい食べれてロンドンだと1番好きなアフターヌーンティー！

また来たいけど難点は高すぎること！
